False, everyone is unpredictable when it comes to stress.

Stress is something that can effect different people in different ways. Including, some people are not effected by stress. They don’t get stressed, and have a free attitude and way of life. Yet, some people can react in disastrous ways. Stress can drive to mental health illness; including: depression, anxiety, and PTSD in extreme cases. Either way, stress is unpredictable. And it’s important to try to avoid it all together.
