Dear Chandigarh,

I am writing to you today to express my concern for the people that reside in my neighborhood. As you probably already know there have been eleven deaths reported and unfortunately it seems like that number is rising day by day. Eleven deaths in a singular month is astoundingly rare and sheds a very negative light on Paradise Colony which i'm sure is something the community nor you want. In the best interest of the community I think we both can agree that a change needs to be made and soon! Since the majority of these accidents happen on the National Highway i believe it is important to start there. A few suggestions for decreasing the accidents on this road may be to get tougher on people breaking the speed limit or using cellular devices on this road. I know that might sounds like a trivial way to fix this situation but I also strongly believe it is our best chance. I wish you the best of luck and have full faith that this issue will soon be resolved. If i can help you in any other way please don't hesitate to let me know.
