difference between cases
handled by lower courts and
those handled by higher courts?

Lower courts handle the more minor cases that are presented in society on a common basis. Usually these cases get solved or handled faster.

While the higher courts handle the cases that require higher powers and judgment makers. These cases of course go on for years due to many reasons so they take longer to handle.
