In short, the Holocaust challenged the basic beliefs of western culture in the terms of racism and racial/genetic identity/equality. They believed that a “Pure Race” would be the better in the world. Not only that, they believed that genetic traits such as Blonde Hair, Blue Eyes, and fair skin were the definition of “Perfect”.
But really, If everyone is different, what is ‘Regular’?
