This basically is an opinion but in my personal opinion, i like to read about the topic. Sometimes you hear the phrase "the book was better" mostly because it hold more information than the actual video itself. This is because of the amount of time they have. If you put all the details into a video that was in a book, it would be extremely long. To conclude, reading is better because it holds more information and you can always re-read it
