If what you are talking about is Rwanda, it did not help
much in the crisis. Many were killed as some European contingent pulled out of
Rwanda due to the growing. Some like
Canada were frustrated with lack of action.
Eventually French forces help bring order back in the country. If it was Bosnia-Herzegovina then they too
had difficulty as it took American intervention to bring order in that region.
