[tex]f(x)[/tex] is defined at [tex]x=2[/tex]; according to the plot, its value is [tex]f(2)=3[/tex].
It's not continuous at [tex]x=2[/tex], however, because the limit of [tex]f(x)[/tex] as [tex]x\to2[/tex] from either side is 1, but [tex]f(2)=3\neq1[/tex].
