The answer is going to be B) through natural selection, a few surviving antibiotics resistant bacteria multiply. This is going to be the answer because natural selection to me (or how I remember it) is literally the survival of the fittest. Any biotic or living thing that has adapted to survive the “new” obstacle that is supposed to kill them. In this case, the antibiotics are supposed to kill the bacteria but since some of the bacteria survived. They’re able to reproduce quickly because they don’t want to die out. Another note if you forgot, bacteria reproduces asexually.
