Textiles:
Helped transform the industrial revolution by making better clothes. At first they were home made by now people are shopping for clothes and asking for more.
Mining:
By mining they are discovering more such as the California Gold Rush they find the gold as they become richer and help change the Nation.
Transportation:
Once the railroads was invited most were in the north helping them transfer supplies and goods faster they ever have.
Agriculture:
In the south they are less involved in the industry and factories. They focus on planting and selling. One thing that helped the revolution was Cotten. As the Cotten Gin was created more and more Cotten was produced. The downfall was slave prices were rising.
