Jurors place a lot of weight on eyewitness testimony. imagine you are an attorney representing a defendant who is accused of robbing a convenience store. several eye witnesses have been called to testify against your client. what would you tell the jurors about the reliability of eyewitness testimony? provide a full, detailed answer.

Respuesta :

Attorneys were made to swore an oath to defend their client to the fullest of their ability, regardless of whether their client is guilty or not.

If, I acted as the defendant's attorney, I would try everything in my power to discredit the eyewitnesses by making them look less reliable in front of jurors.

I would tell the jurors that unless the accuser provide a hard evidence such as  video or picture, the eye witnesses might've been bribed by the real culprit  to provide false statement to the court.
