Both of these men made themselves the leader of the country for their life time and often used military power to silence the opposition who undermined their policies. In the end, both of them met a same fate, They both were forcefully removed from the government office. Sukarno was removed by Suharto through a military coup and Suharto was removed by Citizen's revolution.
