PLZ help ME, I don't know the answer.. During the Middle Ages, it was unusual for a woman to be a supreme leader of a country. Empress Wu Zetian, therefore, was an exception to the general rule that women did not typically have leadership roles in the government. Why do you think it was so unusual for a woman to rule at that time?

I, personally, think that it was unusual for a women to rule at that time, because, I believe that women, first off, didn’t have the right to do many things, such as vote, etc, and also because many people thought that women weren’t capable of doing things that men could at that time.
