ok so you want to not get electrocuted
when people get ellectocuted, they often cannot move, depending on the voltage.
since they are getting electrocuted, you don't want to make a path for electricity to flow to you, so the best way would be to push them away without touching them or the object at the same time
example, push a large cart at them and hope it disloges them or a heavy backpack or maybe a handball
if a cart isn't handy, try a non-electric conductor like a wooden pole or a mop handle (non metal)
of course the best option would be to turn off the power and move them
