Make a program that arranges the columns of a 2D-Array so that the elements of the first line are in ascending order using the insertion method.

Here is what i mean,
From this
-6 -8 -7
-9 -5 -3
2 0 4

To this
-8 -7 -6
-5 -3 -9
0 4 2
