Discernment - the ability to evaluate information to judge whether it is true or not. In other words the ability to judge between what is right or wrong, to be able to judge well the words and actions of others.
Consequence - the result of a decision made or an action taken. It is the end result, the conclusion, the effect, the outcome of a decision or action.
