When is a current produced?

when the terminals of an electrochemical cell are connected by a wire

if the electric circuit is opened in an electrochemical cell

if the electrolyte is removed from an electrochemical cell

when the electrodes are reversed in an electrochemical cell

Respuesta :

When current is produced in a cell then it means a cell is connected across a closed circuit. Which means the cell is connected across a circuit by the means of some wires

So here when we connect the cell in closed circuit the potential difference across the terminals will help the charge to flow through the circuit

So here we will have correct answer as

when the terminals of an electrochemical cell are connected by a wire
