His second is-
f=m*a, or force=mass*acceleration
His third is-
for every action is a reaction (simultaneously)

Some things I got confused about this when learning about his laws are:
For every action is a reaction, that sounds like it is an action then a reaction, but they are actually simultaneously.
f=m*a is really the entire second law. It is useful. Use it.
