No because what we believe is immoral can be another places normal and we might think is wrong for doing it they might not so i guess it depends.

Perishing's expedition was a Use of Military force by the United States in order to disperse rebels, capture or kill the leader of the rebels.

The leader of the Mexican rebels was Villa Pancho. General Pershing was in charge of the American Army.

The expedition did not violate the idea of moral diplomacy because the people involved were rebels. Also they attacked the United States military.
