Do you remember the formula for potential energy ?
PE = (mass) (gravity) (height)
If the mass and the height are always the same, then the least PE comes from the least gravity. Surely you can find THAT in the table.
Mercury will have least gravitational potential energy when lifted to a height of 1 m
Gravitation potential energy can be calculated by = m*g*h
where
since , mass and height are constant as mass can not be changed , it remain same irrespective of place, hence mass = 30kg and height = 1m
so , the Gravitation potential energy will depend upon gravitational force
Gravitation Potential energy is directly proportional to acceleration due to gravity at that place , hence gravitational potential energy will least at that place where acceleration due to gravity is least which is Pluto having least value of acceleration due to gravity = 3.56 m/s^2
