I hope she's okay, and I hope she feels better soon. Just remind her everyday of how amazing and beautiful she is, and that she is strong and she can get through anything. Also remind her that she will never be alone, and there is people in this world that care about her more than anything.

I know how she feels, my 12 year old brother has Anxiety, and I have depression, I have for 3 years, attempted suicide twice and self harmed all throughout. All I ever needed was a friend to tell me it was all okay and that i was worth a place in the wold. Please give your friend the help she needs! X
