a. 4x – 5 = 16


b. 35 + 3x – 11 = 2335 + 3x – 11 = 23

4x=21
x=21/4
x=5.25
b.I am not sure about the question too much as solution for the question above
35+3x-11=2335+3x-11
have no solution but,
for 2335+3x-11=23
3x=23+11-2335
=-2301
x =-2301/3
=-767.00
