In "The Four Freedoms" speech the point is to tell the population to not be afraid of the war they were ready to fight all his words was against the Axis threat and to show support to British and Allid troops. His speech came in time that Americans were in a extreme isolation caused buy the World War I, a lot of Americans were excluding themselfs of foreing entanglements and besides that the police were trying to contein imigration quotas and increase the imported tariffs. Roosevelt wanted the population to give him full support in his Lend- Lease Program, that consists in give full Allies cash-free access to U.S. In his vision the all nations in the world were part of the Four Freedom: "The freedom of speech and expression, the freedom to worship, freedom from want and freedom from fear."

The point Roosevelt is trying to make in "The Four Freedoms speech"  is not to be afraid of the war they were ready to fight, he also wanted the people to give him full support.   In his vision, all nations in the world would have the right to freedom: "The freedom of speech and expression, the freedom to worship,  the freedom from want and from fear."
