After the Great Depression, in order to overcome the conditions Americans were in, the government had a plan to relief, recover, reform the U.S economy and give them hope. New Deal was a series of programs implemented by president Roosevelt and Congress that focused improvements in three main areas:
- More public works programs.
- Wage and hour improvements for workers.
- Social Security Programs.
