If we're arguing against reality shows, we probably want to show that it has some negative effect on others. The only answer choice that directly describes a negative effect of reality shows is B.
Neither choice A nor choice D directly describes a negative effect on any individual. Choice C may sound appealing, but it does not directly state any negative effect on any individual, while choice B says that reality shows make young people less pleasant. Thus, choice B is the best answer.
The only logical appeal AGAINST appearing on reality shows is that reality shows have increased rude and aggressive behavior among young people.
The other choices might be good reasons why someone would want to appear on a reality show. If the performers can get free publicity to potentially launch a career in news media or entertainment and/or can earn a lot of money, who wouldn't want to appear on a reality show.
