If a child is in a underdeveloped environment that has poor schools, community, and so on the child will become poor minded and depressed.

Compared to good schooling and community the child will be happy with his environment

If he or she is raised in a bad or not a good environment then they will have a bad attitude towards their family and friends. If raised in a good environment then chances are they have more manners and more respect for others.
