Summary
1984 written by George Orwell tells us about a country where everybody is being watched and punished by thought crimes. The government does not forgive anybody.
In this country, Winston a mere citizen lives with the hope that one day the big brother doesn’t exist and everybody lives free. On the way, he meets Julia and they both fell in love; however, that love does not long last due to they are imprisoned and torture. They are also accused of treason against the big brother. At the end, after having being tortured for many years, they are taught that the big brother means life for them.
