Three step's a pregnant female can take for a healthy baby:

1) Don't consume alcohol, drinking  can have some severe affects on the baby.

2) Eat healthy food. Eating healthy food isn't just good for you, it'a slo good for your baby.

3) Don't do drug's, and smoke. Doing drug's, and smoking can both harm your baby. Doing any of these can effect the baby is many way's.
