The correct answer is “but I need extra help in math”. Telling a math professor that the field of teaching they like so much and that they have worked so hard to teach all his/her life is simply callous and insulting, especially considering the use of the very derogatory “stinks”. Depicting herself as a struggling victim of Math’s difficulty does a better job on eliciting the teacher’s sympathy.
If you are asking how to correct the sentence grammatically, i would say to change it from:
"but i really hate math, but i need extra help in math, but math is hard and annoying"
to
"but i hate math and i need some extra help. sometimes I can find it annoyingly hard"
just a guess
