Dreams are some electronic messages send to your brain by your vision and your memory brain's part. As you know, in some dreams you have some things that you have done in the day or you have talked about or maybe thinked about. At the end of the dream, the message is often deleted by the brain. The brain selected the informations he want, so sometimes he delete the dream and that's why you don't remember : It's the selctive memory.
To remember a dream it's very difficult : You have to be concentrated and to focus on what you see or what you hear in your dream. You have to take some important elements that can be useful for you to rememeber : like a person you see or a monument. Then, try to put the elements in a chronological order. At least you have to add the details you remember.
Then you can remember all your dream.
