From personal experience, I have witnessed horrific crashes that involved a Drunk Driver, September of this year (2018), I witnessed a drunk driver crash into my neighbors vehicles, fence, as well as damaged the Street Sign / Stop Sign. Deputies showed up, did the Sobriety Test, the driver failed it, and the Deputies took him to jail that night.
To whoever read my answer, DO NOT drink and drive! Regardless if you go to a Party, a Bar, a Wedding, whatever the event. DONT drink and drive nor get in a vehicle with a drunk driver.
