Hey there!!

Looking at the figure, we will know that this is a right-angle triangle and we already have two angles:

60 and 90.

We know that the total sum of angles in a triangle is 180.

Hence, the third angle is 180 - ( 90 + 60 )

... 180 - 150

... 30

The angles are 30-60-90

And in this type of triangle, the height is 'x', base is '√3x' and the hypotenuse is '2x'

The height is given as 'y' then the base would become '√3y' and the hypotenuse would be '2y'

The base is given as 5

Hence, √3y = 5

And y = 5/√3

The height is therefore, 5/√3.

Now, the hypotenuse is 2y, hence, the hypotenuse would become :

... 2 ( 5/√3)

... 10/√3

Hope my answer helps!

Happy Thanksgiving! :)
