by 'standard form', you mean expand, example $2^3=2*2*2=8$ where 8 is the expanded form of $2^3$

so

$2^{10}=2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2=4*4*4*4*4=16*16*4=256*4=1024$

$10^2=10*10=100$

$3^9=3*3*3*3*3*3*3*3*3=9*9*9*9*3=81*81*3=6561*3=19683$
