Surface area for a cuboid of length, l, bredth, b and height h.

= 2*(lb + bh + lh)

for 15 by 7 by 4 1/2 =  15 by 7 by 4.5

Surface area = 2*(15*7 + 15*4.5 + 7*4.5)

                        = 2*(105 + 67.5 + 31.5)

                       =2 *(204) = 408

Surface area of box = 408 in²
