Just anything that you can punch like a pillow or just take a walk around the neighborhood should do. Or talk to friends and have a good time.
Stress or maybe in other words, depression, can happen to anybody. It depends on the person how they want to manage the stress like what works best for them. Based on my point of view, most people use those stress balls to calm them down or try to forget about it by having fun, or whatever that helps them forget the stress. So, whatever helps them the most.
