Hey student wonders whether removing the nucleus from a cell would result in a new prokaryotic cell why would this procedure failed to produce a prokaryotic cell

Respuesta :

This procedure would fail because there would still be membrane bound organelles and an eukaryotic cell had organelles that a prokaryotic cell doesn’t have.

The other answer is true, but also by removing the nucleus you remove the DNA. therefore no proteins can be coded for, for example enzymes. This can lead to faulty cell functioning which, even without membrane-bound organelles would cause the death of the cell
