Joan Miró (Joan Miró i Ferrà in Catalan, born on April 20, 1893, Barcelona and died on December 25, 1983, Palma de Majorque, Spain) is a painter, sculptor and ceramics maker.
Salvador Dali is one of the most famous, dominant and productive surrealists in the 20th century. Dali is called an art pioneer who understands that commercial involvement is also needed for an artist. He often appears on TV and is intensive in getting press interviews. In his long career, he not only painted but explored other media arts such as sculpture, graphic arts, design, advertising, film, literature and perhaps the most famous is his collaboration with Luis Buñuel and Alfred Hitchcock.
