Keep a clear mind, eat only healthy foods. Eat a banana- Enzymes in bananas are known to help with nerves. Get lots of good sleep- the brain works well after this. And tell yourself, that you go this, cause you do!!
You make sure you know the material and don't doubt yourself, keep an open mind about it and don't get stressed out. Eat healthy that day , comfortable clothing and shoes might help too.
