The narrator of "Gravity", by Judith Ortiz Cofer, feels divided into three different people because of option b. because she dresses and acts differently depending on where she is. During school hours she wears the uniform of the Catholic school she attends. After the uniform, if she is at home she dresses like a hippie with a died old tee-shirt, and when she meets with others at Sister Mary Joseph's cafe she dresses like all the other 'revolutionaries' that meet there.
