Note that 2, in particular, is an integers. All integers are rational numbers, and it is fairly easy to prove this: since dividing by 1 doesn't change the value of the number, you can write any integer $n$ as $\frac{n}{1}$, thus showing that it is a rational number, because you can write it as a division between integers ($n$ is an integer by hypothesis, and 1 is an integer as well)

So, in your case, simply observe that

$2 = \dfrac{2}{1}$

and you're done
