Predator- the hunter; the one who is looking for a meal (prey) Prey- the hunted; the one who is avoiding being a meal Frogs (predator) and flies (prey) are one; Lions (predator) and zebras (prey) are another common example; humans (predator) and chicken (prey) are another example; a final example would be snakes (predator) and mice (prey) :) hope this helps
