Many things found on social media can show body images that are unrealistic and displayed as the "average" or "Perfect". This results in other feeling bad about their body image. Along with that social media also often shows trendy diets that can be dangerous and unhealthy to take on due to promoting not eating to "cleanse" the body.
Eat breakfast every day. Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Choose healthy snacks like fruits and unsalted nuts. Actively walk at least 20 minutes daily or 150 minutes a week
