it would depend on which year you were born. 
you subtract the year 2007 from the year you were born or the year you were born by 2007. since each year is another animal, you use the difference between 2007 and the year you were born. according to the signs, add or subtract your difference to pig.
for example, someone was born in 2000. 2007-2000 equal 7 years. according to the order, pig minus seven. that would be dragon.
