The correct answer is C) appoint as many as six additional Supre Court justices.

President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Judicial Reform Bill would have allowed him to appoint as many as six additional Supre Court justices.

President Roosevetl’s Judicial Reform Bill was his answer to approve its reconstruction plan called the New Deal. What Roosevelt proposed was to “appoint up to six additional justices to the Supreme Court for every justice older than 70 years old, who had served more than 10 years.” This Judicial Reform Bill of 1937 was called the “court-packing plan”. The reaction of the people was not favorable and the Bill was never voted.
