I can answer the first one, being options 2 and 5. The second question I am not sure about. I would think option 1, since there are less species and organisms on the island, so there might be less biodiversity.

Right Panel

Statement A: D is made up mostly of the Blue species. It is the least diverse of all the choices. Statement A is not true.

Statement B: B is a true statement. There are so many different species, that the program making up the choices almost would run out colors representing them. Let's just hold up declaring anything, but if nothing else comes along, this is your answer.

Statement C: The exact opposite is true. The more colors, the more diversity. The correct order would be B>A>C

Statement D: C has hardly any diversity at all. It consists of just 2 species. The only reason C > D is because D is made of predominately 1 species. Statement D is not a choice.

Statement E: is true. So what are you to do? Statement B is true and so is Statement E. It's a misprint of some kind. There is nothing that tells how to pick between the two.

Answer: B and E are both true.

Left Panel

Statement A: true. Compared to the mainland, the diversity will decrease because fewer species are present. Diversity is the key word. Consider the case of a predator. If one of his main sources of food is not among the species on the island, he will either have to find something else to eat, or he will perish.

Statement B: False. See example given for A.

Statement C: False. See A

Statement D: True. Part of the problem in both Rome and Egypt is that not knowing the truth of this statement the ruling classes seldom if ever married someone outside their rank. The result was all sorts of genetic disorders.

Statement E: True. They can't introduce new characteristics into the gene pool. While I was typing D, I thought of the Romanoff's in Russia who had  children were hemophiliacs. This and statement D were the reasons.
