We can see that S is our center of dilation. Lengths of line segment RS and ST is 3 units each. By dilating by factor of 5/3 their lengths will be [tex]3*\frac{5}{3} =5[/tex] units.
The co-ordinates of points R' and T' will change but S' will be on the same coordinates that is (2,-2) as it is the center of dilation.
Coordinates of R' will be (2,3) and coordinates of T' will be (-3,-2).
