A, and it makes sense, I mean think about it, Imperialist nations have all this land and people that are effectively their subjects to do everything for them. Those that are colonized have to meet quotas of their mother nation before they can even start worrying about themselves. It's kinda like a business owner that does no work has a much happier viewpoint than a worker that gets paid nothing to do everything.
