For 4. (Apples to balloons) it is really simple. All you have to do is count the amount of balloons and apples and turn into a ratio, which is a basically a fraction. The answer for that would be 4:2
For the other 4, im not sure what the answer is as i cant really see it that well.
3 and 3 are pretty easy too. All you need to do is find a common factor. For the first number 3, 6 and 8 can both be divided by 2. The will turn it in 3/4, which is as simple as the number can get. The next one can also be divided by 2, which will turn it into 5/7. Once again, this is as simple as it can get.
Answers:
3. 3/4
3. 5/7
4. ? (couldn't see it)
