Answer:

I do not believe that all literature is politically charged, but a huge amount of literature does carry political or ethical overtures.   Anytime the word “all” is used it must be considered false. There are many books in the world that carry no hidden meaning other than just enjoyment. I am sure there are books that are designed, for example to teach a skill. Those books would be unlikely to carry a hidden political meaning.

But most books do carry hidden meanings and hidden views that reflect the authors political agenda.  Even children's books often have hidden meanings especially in recent years.  Authors choose which values to promote and which values to downplay.  Currently we see many books promoting a progressive agenda, books such as “One of a Kind, Like Me” where a young boy wants to dress up as a princess for a school parade.  One of the first books to promote a social agenda was 1989’s “Heather Has Two Mommies.”  Even children's books can not escape the political bend of their authors.
