When you are putting decimals and fractions on number lines try to find the numbers they represent.
an example would be 2/4 (fraction) which means .50 (in decimal form) , .50 is in between 0 and 1 so that would go in the middle in between of 0 and 1 on the number line. Decimals are easier to find on a number line.
an example would be .25, you know that .25 is in between 0 and half (.50) so all you would have to do is put it in the middle of those two numbers.
that way you know where the decimal or fraction is located on a number line and you can just find where each one is located and see what the least is and what the greatest is.
