A heart attack occurs when one or more of your coronary arteries become blocked. Over time, a coronary artery can narrow from the buildup of various substances, including cholesterol (atherosclerosis). This condition, known as coronary artery disease, causes most heart attacks.

A heart attack occurs when your coronary arteries are blocked, in some cases more then one artery becomes blocked which causes a heart attack.
The blockage is most often a buildup of fat, cholesterol, and many other thing's. Which these form plaque, which later on breaks away and causes a clot in your artery. Which can be deadly if not taken care of at the early signs of a heart attack.
Here are some way's you can identify a heart attack before it's too late:
- Shortness of breath
-Fatigue
-Pressure, and other things like tightness
If you are experiencing any of these, it's best you call 911 or rush over to an ER before it's too late.
